Christopher
Meet Christopher, our Operations Manager, who has been an essential part of the Backup Power team since 2023. Christopher plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. He trains and leads our installation crew, ensures jobs are completed to our high standards, and regularly meets with customers for estimates, representing our company with professionalism and care.
Known for his leadership, reliability, and attention to detail, Christopher is someone our team and customers alike can count on. As a key leader in the field, Zachary helps guide our entire team throughout the installation process while also serving as an important point of contact for our customers. He takes the time to walk homeowners through the process, explain what to expect, answer questions, and make sure they feel informed and confident from start to finish.
Zachary oversees the electrical aspects of our standby generator installations, helping ensure every system is installed safely, correctly, and in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements and Backup Power's high standards.
His attention to detail, hands-on leadership, and ability to connect with both our team and our customers make Zachary an important part of delivering the dependable, professional experience Backup Power is known for.
Trevor
Meet Trevor, one of our skilled Generator Technicians here at Backup Power. Trevor brings technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality to every generator installation.
As an important part of our field team, Trevor works throughout the installation process to help ensure each generator system is installed properly, operating as intended, and meets applicable code requirements and Backup Power's standards.
Trevor also plays an important role in the customer experience. Once an installation is complete, he takes the time to walk homeowners through their new generator system, explain how it operates, answer questions, and make sure they feel comfortable and confident with their new investment.
With his strong work ethic, knowledge of generator systems and installation requirements, and excellent customer service, Trevor helps ensure our customers receive a safe, reliable, and professional installation from start to finish.
Austin
